Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is activated. In the human body, our spinal column has seven energy centres. These are called chakras. They run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head and are connected to the central flow of energy. Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. Well-balanced chakras result in a feeling of relaxation, centred-ness, and vitality During your energy healing and transformation work I will work on aligning your chakra system and any other energy blockages you are facing. This deep healing will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and restored within your mind, body and spirit. A true gift to the self. Session is available in person only.
