Holistic counselling is a gentle and compassionate form of therapy. I am here to guide and support you to find more peace in your life. Sessions can be conducted face to face or online. I will guide you, as my client, in uncovering your innate wisdom. My goal is to empower all my clients to develop effective coping strategies that assist you in moving past your problems As a Holistic Counsellor I use an integrative approach to support you in healing your mind, spiritual health and wellbeing. During our sessions I will consider your life experience, emotional health and wellbeing, as well as the effects of your behaviours and the circumstances in your everyday life. I have a nurturing, proactive & empowering approach to help you find freedom within yourself in a supportive and safe environment.
