I am here to guide and support you to find more peace in your life. Sessions can be conducted face to face or online. I will guide you, as my client, in uncovering your innate wisdom. My goal is to empower all my clients to develop effective coping strategies that assist you in moving past your problems. My process: With a solution focused objective you will find that the things you perceive as obstacles are able to be managed and resolved. The answer to a happier and healthier life is already within you, and together we shall locate and activate your becoming. During our sessions I will consider your life experience, emotional health and wellbeing, as well as the effects of your behaviours and the circumstances in your everyday life. I have a nurturing, proactive & empowering approach to help you find freedom within yourself in a supportive and safe environment. Also available - Counselling & Healing 1.5 hr session - I can offer a unique opportunity extending your counselling session, where I include an energetic healing to align your mind, body and spirit.
